The Bachelor of Fine Arts Exhibition

Reception and Awards Ceremony: Friday, May 5th from 5:00 to 7:00 PM


The Bachelor of Fine Arts Exhibition is a showcase for recent work created by the graduating seniors of the University of Texas Arlington’s Department of Art and Art History. The spring 2023 exhibition features the work of 33 students demonstrating a wide variety of skills in concentrations including painting, drawing, printmaking, sculpture, glass, ceramics, cinematic arts, and design.

Dr. August Jordan Davis, chair of the Department of Art and Art History and director of The Gallery at UTA stated, “The BFA exhibition is a wonderful opportunity to highlight the excellent work being done by our studio art, design, and cinematic art students every semester. We are incredibly proud of all of them, and invite you to join us in celebrating their creative accomplishments.”
