The Gallery at UTA is pleased to present Joseph Farbrook: A Mirror in the Void – Reflections of Consciousness, an investigation into sentience expressed through digitally designed and fabricated forms integrated with experimental screen and projection technologies.

The Bachelor of Fine Arts Exhibition is a showcase for recent work created by the graduating seniors of the University of Texas Arlington's Department of Art and Art History. The spring 2023 exhibition features the work of 33 students demonstrating a wide variety of skills in concentrations including painting, drawing, printmaking, sculpture, glass, ceramics, cinematic arts, and design.

The Art & Art History Department of The University of Texas at Arlington is pleased to present the Master of Fine Arts Thesis Exhibition at The Gallery at UTA. The Master of Fine Arts is a professional graduate degree in the practice of art – unique in that it is the artist's terminal academic degree.

Life and Death: Luis Jiménez is an exhibition of 35 works by the late, internationally known artist Luis Jiménez who was born in El Paso, Texas and died in Hondo, New Mexico in 2006. Life and Death: Luis Jiménez will be on view at The Gallery at UTA in Arlington, TX from January 23 – April 1, 2023.

The Gallery at UTA is pleased to present Introductions featuring artwork and scholarly research by three recent additions/promotions to the full-time faculty of the Art & Art History Department. Over its thirty-six-year history, The Gallery at UTA has periodically scheduled this type of small group exhibition to introduce the university’s newest art and design professors so that students, the University community, and the public can learn about the creative talents in their midst.

The Gallery at UTA is pleased to present a group exhibition showcasing the creative possibilities of contemporary ceramics. “Reminiscing the Now” features the work of fifteen prominent ceramic sculptors exemplifying the breadth and diversity of stylistic and conceptual directions in contemporary clay.

Scheduled every two years, this exhibition presents a sampling of what the art and design professors accomplish in their creative endeavors outside the classroom.
